Enjoy the fresh air in our beautiful backyard!

We have a variety of toys, trucks, play structures, ride-on cars, and sandboxes for you and your child (aged 0-5 years) to enjoy.

Open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the month of June from 9am – 4pm.

Hours will vary due to other events and programs being held, please check our Facebook page for updates.

This is a free, drop-in program. Please note that Backyard Play will not be facilitated by a staff member.

This program is a great way to help children develop healthy eating habits that will stay with them for life. They learn how to make meals that are not only good for them but also taste great. Additionally, they get to have fun and make new friends while learning valuable life skills.

They are also taught basic cooking skills such as chopping, measuring, and mixing. Children get to work in a safe and supervised environment where they can experiment with a recipe and learn about nutrition and cooking.

We will also spend time outside for some fun physical activity!

This program will run from Monday to Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm at the Family Connection Centre. Please only register your child for 1 week over the summer. The curriculum remains the same week to week and we want to give everyone a chance to participate.

Before and after program drop off/pick up is from 8:30-9:00am and 3:00 – 3:30pm but there will be no programming during this time.

Camp cost is $50 (to cover the cost of the food) and includes: lunch and one snack that they will prepare themselves. At this time we are unable to accommodate individual food requests.
