Through interactive rhyme, parents/caregivers and children can learn songs, fingerplays, simple movement games and stories to build important pathways in the brain. This program is in French and English and is for parents /caregivers and children aged 0-5 years.

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing , and socializing afterward.

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note that infants must have been born between August 12th and February 12th to attend.

Attendees must be first time mothers. There is no childcare for this program.
