A fun, interactive program for kids 4 – 5 years of age to learn healthy habits around food and nutrition. Parents are encouraged to include children in mealtime preparation, follow simple recipes, experiment with different flavours and play around with food. Parents are required to attend one on one with their child. Pre-registration is required.
