Grades 4-7 Each week the group will look at how to make healthy lifestyle choices in a fun and engaging environment. Youth will participate in a physical activity and a cooking activity meant to support lifelong health. The first 12 months of a baby’s life and your new life are a time of rapid change. Triple P For Baby is a 7 week program for parents at the transition to parenthood or with a baby up to 12 months of age. Sessions explore positive parenting, responding to your baby, survival skills, and partner support. Babies are welcome to attend with their parents/caregivers. This program is for pre natal and post natal parents. Pre-registration is required.
