Sibshop

Sibshop is for brothers and sisters, ages 7-14, whose siblings have Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities or chronic and/or life limiting illnesses. Siblings are provided with peer support and information around their siblings’ disability in a safe setting. A light meal is included.

• Have fun with activities and games
• Talk about the good and not-so-good parts of having a sib with special needs with others who “get it”.
• Explore how other brother and sisters handle sticky situations sometimes faced by brothers and sisters
• Learn about the services their brothers and sister receive
