This session is directed towards parents and caregivers of children newborn to 3 years of age.
Today’s parents are constantly pressured to be perfect. But in striving to do everything right, we risk missing what children really need for lifelong emotional security. Learn how to build a strong emotional foundation for your children through a secure parent-child relationship while fostering their independence. This course will help put the keys to healthy attachment within everyone’s reach – self understanding, flexibility, and the willingness to make and learn from mistakes.
Registration is required.
