You're not alone ... join us for an opportunity where parents can connect share and heal after the loss of a baby during pregnancy or early infancy. Spouses, partners or other supporters are welcome to attend this safe, non-judgmental group with you. We meet the first Tuesday of the month.

A program that involves a series of age-based (kids 7 - 12), group learning sessions that focus on healthy eating, positive physical activity and community engagement. Children will learn easy to use strategies to continue with their healthy lifestyle choices. There will be a Family Celebration on February 27th. Kids will cook for their parents from 4 - 5:30. Parents will arrive at 5:30 - 7 pm to enjoy what their kids have prepared.

This program provides information and support for a healthy pregnancy. Mothers receive pre-natal education, help with nutrition and links to other community services and supports. Youth Yoga - for youth in grades 4, 5, & 6. The practice of yoga has many benefits for our youth. • It helps manage anxiety with breathing and relaxation techniques • Improves emotional regulation • Enhances concentration and memory • Develops strength and flexibility • Teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity Please wear clothing that allows for movement. Registration is required.
