Join us at the Log Cabin in Spruce Grove Central Park each Monday this summer! Staff will take youth participants (ages 12-18) through different techniques and activities to explore overall well-being. A few of the scheduled activities include: Yoga, Mindfulness exercises, a resume workshop, and making a healthy snack. Snacks are provided each week!

Come for just one session, or join for all! There is no session August 7th due to an event at Central Park.

Learning opportunity for budgeting, safe food handling, and creating nutritious food to take home in a fun environment.

For youth ages 13 – 17.

Our Youth Community Kitchen will begin with menu planning and budgeting followed by hands on food safe meal preparation. At the end all participants will take home three meals for their family.

Our Community Kitchen is sponsored by The United Way.

So you think you can incorporate mindfulness and movement?

Join us as we integrate mindfulness and movement. Yoga can help teenagers reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and increase physical strength and flexibility. Additionally, practicing yoga can improve overall well-being and promote a healthy lifestyle. This session will be a blend of Yoga sequences, breathing techniques, physical postures, energizing music, and plenty of fun!

This workshop is for youth ages 13-17.
