Congratulations on becoming a new mom!

Bring your infant (newborn to 6 months old) and join other first time moms as you navigate motherhood together. Each week will focus on a different topic, with time for questions, sharing, and socializing afterward. (You may want to bring a blanket if you would like to lay your baby down for tummy time.)

Topics may include: speech and language, growth and development, oral health, common concerns, sleep, crying, safety, adjustment to parenting, and nutrition.

Please note: Infants must have been born between July 1st and January 1st in order to attend. Attendees must be first time moms. There will be no childcare for this program.

Registration is required.
