This parent and tot group is strictly for ages 0-24 months and their caregivers.

A group for moms, and those supporting moms, who are experiencing postpartum depression or other mood disorders.

Childcare is available. Registration is required.

 If you are pregnant for the first time or have a new baby up to 12 months old and are looking for more information on having a healthy pregnancy, delivery and the care and nutrition of infants – this group is for you. Each week there is a group lunch followed by a learning session with community experts.

Pre-registration is required and childcare is provided during the learning session.
